Folk Life Festival

I played hookey from work and took Ashley and Jacob to DC for the day. They got tickets to the Holocaust Museum and I hung out at the Folk Life Festival. I spent most of my time around Nuestra Musica enjoying Chicha and listening to traditional music of Peru. One of the performers saw me singing along and pulled me up on the stage to dance a Marinera. Ouch! It's been way to long since I did that and it's not easy in sandals!
