Fourth of July

We spent the day in DC with Derek's neice and some friends. It was steamy, rainy, thunderous, bombastic and wet day. It was humid all day and as it started to cool down a sudden thunder storm struck. We ran into the American History Museum and then off to Union Station for pizza. We were just in front of the Washington Monument to see the fireworks as the skies cleared and the evening became slightly more refreshing. We ran around alot!
